As the supply of strong sales candidates decreases, the classified ads and Internet job boards are overwhelmed by the masses of available candidates who are unemployed, mediocre or non-producers. This makes the time-consuming task of finding the most accomplished sales reps as difficult as ever. Your newspaper ad only exposed you to a one-week snapshot of those candidates who actually read the want ads that week. Our recruiters stay on the search week after week until the position is filled. We have a near 100% completion rate for exclusive searches we conduct.

No matter where you need sales talent, we can find it-- headhunting, networking, subcontracting, utilizing our national data base--- we can find the person you need. Many of our clients utilize us exclusively on a national basis. For many others, we are one of only a few national search firms approved for search projects.

The National Register - USA recruiters are most effective when partnering with a client company who may have ongoing needs for recruiting on a national basis. Once we learn your needs in one market, we can replicate our search effort in the new markets. For you, this translates into an enormous savings of time-- not having to "reinvent the wheel" for each search in each market. You deal with one recruiter, one source of information, one set of criteria -- saving you both time and headaches.

We're time effective.
Running ads and working with "resume shuffling" employment agencies can be a real drag on your time. Have you experienced these time-wasters? 1) reading a volume of inappropriate resumes; 2) interviewing candidates who's resumes look good but could have been screened out with closer examination; 3) explaining your company to each candidate; 4) explaining the responsibilities of your position to each candidate; 5) conducting courtesy interviews with candidates that don't fit. National Register - USA recruiters are trained to give you "middle-man" feedback, help you negotiate the deal and close the offer. Even then the job is not finished. We counsel the candidate through his resignation, through counter-offers-- right up until the start date.

We're cost effective.
When you consider the hidden costs of an unfilled sales territory, the costs of your time, the cost of your lost productivity-- not to mention the obvious costs of advertising, airfare, hotel, meals, car rental, etc.-- our fees can be cost justified. Our fees range from $4000 for entry level candidates, up to 30% of base salary for VP level searches. Each fee is established by taking into account market conditions, supply and demand for the candidate as well as usual and customary charges in a market segment.
