Thanks for visiting the National Register -
USA web page. We are always interested in reviewing resumes
of
outstanding sales candidates for current searches as well as adding to
our data base for future searches.
All information received is
confidential and is never sold for any reason.
National Register - USA performs both
contingency and retained searches. As such there are no charges
to
candidates. Since we charge no fees to the applicant, our work is
primarily a service to the employers
who pay our fees to find
outstanding talent that they have neither the time, inclination or
ability to find on
their own. As such, we cannot provide free
counseling services to applicants.
Due to the volume of resumes we receive, you
will only hear from one of our recruiters if your resume is
selected
as a potential match for a specific opening with one of our clients,
or if we need more information to qualify your candidacy.
Exposure...
Although some employers may continue to advertise for
open positions, most of our searches are for positions that do not
reach the general public. For various reasons many, if not most,
companies prefer confidential searches for key positions.
Additionally, National Register - USA has affiliation with over 200
sales recruiting firms nationwide. These firms assist us with national
searches, and they provide us with access to their client base as
well. All of this means more exposure for you to some of the highest
quality companies in the U.S.
Once your resume has been selected...
We will strive to treat your candidacy with a high
level of professional courtesy and respect. We will conduct an initial
telephone interview to verify resume data and gain further information
not covered by your resume.
As a National Register - USA candidate...
Our recruiters will counsel you through every step of
the interview process. You can expect:
- a thorough presentation on any position that your background may
qualify you for;
- the personal selling of your background to a few selected
employers;
- interview preparation including company literature, corporate
culture, specific strengths and weaknesses of your candidacy,
etc.;
- feedback from the interview;
- problem solving through the interview process;
- income advice and negotiation;
- resignation assistance, counter-offer pitfalls.
We do not function as a simple "resume mailing service"
or "matchmaking service." We remain closely involved in the
placement process every step along the way until the candidate is at
work with the new company. For this reason, it is imperative that we
stay in close and immediate communication with you once information
has been shared on a specific opening.
